Referral Program FAQs
Refer a friend who has never made a purchase from Pittsboro Feed.
Your friend must use your unique referral code/link at checkout or online before completing their purchase. Once you have signed up your unique referral link will be emailed to you and also found in your customer account profile.
Once your friend's qualifying purchase is complete, you'll receive your reward.
New customer only.
Minimum purchase of $50 (before taxes and delivery).
Purchase must not be returned or refunded.
Store credit has no cash value.
Rewards are issued within 3–5 business days after the qualifying purchase.
Store credit expires after 12 months (or never expires if you prefer).
Rewards cannot be transferred to another customer.
Referrals must be genuine. Self-referrals are not permitted.
Immediate household members are not eligible as referrals.
Businesses or commercial accounts may not qualify (optional).
Employees and their immediate family are not eligible.
The store reserves the right to cancel fraudulent or abusive referrals.
If the referred purchase is returned or refunded, the referral reward will be revoked.
If the reward has already been used, the value may be deducted from a future refund.
Referral rewards cannot be combined with certain manufacturer coupons or promotions (if desired).
Program terms may change or end at any time without prior notice.
